Admin & Finance Executive

Company: Another Level General Trading Workplace type: On-site Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job type: Full-time Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 / month (based on experience) Description: Another Level General Trading (ALGT) is an Abu Dhabi-based trading and distribution company with exclusive partnerships with international brands across electric vehicles, marine products, robotics, and consumer goods. We are looking for an organized and reliable Admin & Finance Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day administration and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and receipts, and follow up on collections • Process supplier payments and track expenses, petty cash, and bank transactions • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping and VAT filing • Manage company documents, trade license, contracts, and filing • Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government service providers • Prepare regular financial and admin reports for the General Manager • Support general office operations and team administration Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of admin and/or finance experience in the UAE • Good working knowledge of UAE VAT and basic accounting • Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g. Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus • Fluent English, written and spoken; Arabic is an advantage • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (on-site) Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month, based on experience
