Analyst, Specialist and Supervisor

Job Description • Perform charge capture and reconciliation reviews. • Analyze revenue cycle data to identify billing discrepancies and missed charges. • Support Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance and validation activities. • Conduct routine audits to ensure coding and charging accuracy. • Prepare revenue integrity reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses. • Monitor compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements. • Assist in implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with clinical, finance, coding, and billing teams. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Accounting, or related field. • Certification in CPC, CCS, RHIT, or equivalent preferred. Requirements • 2-4 years of healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or finance experience. • Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies. • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, DRG, and revenue codes. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Proficiency in Excel and healthcare information systems.
