With €150M+ in transactions and support from industry leaders, we are growing fast – and we need ambitious people to grow with us Your challenge Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region: • Engage with customers – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads • Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing • Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter • Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way Your profile • Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation • Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian required; Russian is a strong plus • Solid English skills for internal communication • Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed • Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one Our proposition What We Offer • €1,000 monthly top-up on top of your Erasmus+ grant • Direct impact – your work will shape our growth in the Baltics • Mentorship from experienced sales professionals • Startup culture with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making • Career springboard – many interns join E-FARM full-time
