Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cake Decorator role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Cake Decorator will design and decorate cakes for daily orders, special occasions, and custom requests, ensuring that all products meet the brand’s visual and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and baking cakes, icing, and fillings; decorating with piping, fondant, and other techniques; and assisting with cookies and other bakery items as needed. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards, collaborating with the bakery team on new designs, and interacting with customers or front-of-house staff to clarify order details. Qualifications • Strong practical skills in Baking and Bakery operations, including preparation and handling of baked goods. • Proficiency in Cake Decorating techniques, such as piping, fondant work, and custom design execution. • Ability to work with Cookies and related baked items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. • Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand order requirements and support a positive customer experience. • Previous experience in a professional bakery or pastry environment is preferred. • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling standards in a commercial kitchen. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
