Mise en place, preparation, and dish assembly are second nature to you; you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Come put some passion on our plates! Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, including both day and evening shifts What You’ll Do • Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef; • Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations; • Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items; • Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies; • Adhere to the quality standards established within the team. What You’ll Bring • A professional diploma in institutional cooking, an asset • Relevant experience in the restaurant industry; • 2-3 years of experience as a cook • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques; • Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency; • Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
