Data & ML Platform Engineer Munich, Germany — Hybrid Industrial AI | AI & Data Science | Data Engineering | MLOps | ML Infrastructure Our client, a growing Industrial AI company based in Munich, is looking for a Data & ML Platform Engineer to develop the shared infrastructure supporting data processing, ML experimentation, model training, and production deployment. You'll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Platform Engineering, building reliable, scalable systems that help Data Scientists and ML Engineers develop and operate AI solutions more efficiently. Core Skills • 3+ years in Data Engineering, ML Platform Engineering, MLOps, Data Infrastructure, or a similar role • Python • Apache Spark • Apache Airflow • MLflow • Kubernetes • AWS • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code • Experience building or operating production data pipelines or ML infrastructure Nice to Have Docker PyTorch / TensorFlow Databricks Kafka Kubeflow Argo Workflows / Argo CD CI/CD for data and ML pipelines Model serving / inference infrastructure Prometheus / Grafana OpenTelemetry Data versioning and lineage Feature stores Data-quality frameworks Experience with industrial, IoT, or sensor data
