الوصف الوظيفي سيكون المنتج مسؤولاً عن ابتكار وإنتاج محتوى رقمي بما يتوافق مع رؤية الشركة واستراتيجيتها التحريرية، وبما يعزز وصول الجمهور ويقوي الحضور الرقمي للمنصة Role Description The Producer is responsible to conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality digital media content that aligns with the company’s vision and editorial strategy, enhances audience reach, and strengthens the platform’s digital presence. Tasks & Responsibilities • Generate creative ideas and transform them into engaging and impactful media content. • Write digital media content in various formats, including scripts, storyboards, captions, and publishing-related information to maximize reach and engagement. • Coordinate and communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in content production. • Manage content publishing, audience interaction, and performance reporting across the company’s social media platforms. • Present video content or record voice-overs for company-produced materials when required. • Plan and manage targeted digital campaigns aimed at shaping public opinion or creating trends in alignment with the company’s strategy. • Continuously develop skills and stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, and platform algorithms. • Contribute to content planning, editorial calendars, and production workflows to ensure consistency and quality. Requirements & Qualifications: • Proven experience in content creation and digital media production. • Strong writing, scripting, and storytelling skills. • Familiarity with social media management tools and performance analytics. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team. • Creative mindset with a solid understanding of digital trends and audience behavior. • Arabic language is a must.
