What We Are Looking For • Presence: A tall, well-groomed individual with a commanding yet approachable presence. • Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable. • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish) are a strong advantage. • Attitude: A genuine passion for service, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. • Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a 24/7 operational environment.
