The organization values professionalism, safety, and reliability in all aspects of its operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Doha, Qatar. The Driver will safely operate company trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites in accordance with local traffic regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring proper loading and securing of cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery records and logs. The role involves coordinating with site supervisors and logistics teams, following assigned routes and schedules, and responding professionally to any inquiries or instructions from clients or colleagues. The Driver is also expected to keep the vehicle clean, report maintenance needs promptly, and adhere to all safety procedures on the road and at project locations. Qualifications • Strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial trucks; possession of a valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license. • Clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, site teams, and other stakeholders. • Customer service mindset with the ability to represent the company positively during deliveries and site interactions. • Knowledge of basic vehicle safety checks and ability to perform routine inspections before and after trips. • Good understanding of local traffic laws and road safety practices in Qatar, especially within Doha. • Ability to follow schedules, work extended or flexible hours as needed, and navigate efficiently to project locations. • Basic reading and writing skills for completing logs, delivery notes, and simple reports; familiarity with GPS or routing apps is an advantage. • Previous experience in construction, logistics, or related industries is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
