A watch, a phone, a necklace, a pair of skis - they all look for different expertise, future buyers and the right handling. For our users, selling them should feel equally simple. One click. Following our launch and strong growth earlier this year, our team continues to lay the foundations for our next growth phase. We’re combining automation and outsourcing with insights about our business model. You’ll work on the back of these learnings helping us on the ground building a stronger organization, better AI and processes our partners can run at scale. What you’ll do • Help refine how we operate, resell and grow, executing on the ground, testing new ideas as we turn from early traction into sustained product-market fit. • Inspect, assess and curate versatile items from electronics, to watches, jewellery, fashion and sporting gear. • Match with the right buyers, find and develop new resale partnerships and test potential channels across categories. • Work with our team and logistics partner to improve item flows and handovers. • Help improve AI identification, condition assessment, valuations and automated workflows. Who you are Curious about products, brands and what people value. Entrepreneurial, reliable and comfortable working hands-on with physical items. German C1 or above and good English.
