We’re Hiring: Executive Chef – Chocolate Production (Factory) Location: Qatar Industry: Handcrafted Chocolate | Premium Gifting & Specialty Confectionery Joining: Immediate joining preferred We are a growing Qatari brand specializing in handcrafted chocolates, premium gifting, and bespoke arrangements. We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and innovative Executive Chef – Chocolate Production to lead our chocolate factory operations and drive excellence in production, quality, product innovation, and team performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in chocolate manufacturing, premium confectionery, and large-scale production management, with the ability to develop exceptional products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage daily operations of the chocolate production factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. • Plan and control production schedules, capacity, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. • Develop, standardize, and enhance recipes for handcrafted chocolates, pralines, ganache, fillings, and specialty confectionery products. • Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality across all production batches. • Lead, train, supervise, and develop pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and production teams. • Coordinate with procurement, inventory, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted production. • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Monitor raw material consumption, inventory levels, production costs, and wastage to improve profitability. • Drive product innovation by developing new chocolate creations, seasonal collections, and premium gifting products aligned with brand identity and market trends. • Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures across production activities. • Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize operational inefficiencies. Requirements   • Minimum 15 years of professional experience including at least 10 years of hotel experience is mandatory, preferably in luxury hotels, five-star hospitality establishments, or high-end pastry and chocolate production operations. • Proven experience managing and overseeing a chocolate production factory or large-scale chocolate manufacturing operation. • Strong technical expertise in chocolate tempering, molding, ganache preparation, pralines, fillings, chocolate artistry, and decorative techniques. • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large production teams in a high-volume environment. • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP principles, and quality control procedures. • Proven ability to manage production planning, capacity utilization, inventory control, and cost optimization. • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining premium quality standards. • Experience with premium, luxury, or artisanal chocolate brands will be considered a strong advantage. • Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
