Start Date: February 2027 Job Description How does your working day look like … • Assist in welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus. • Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest requests. • Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing, and resetting tables according to established standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, service stations, and other assigned areas. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards. • Learn and follow the hotel's service standards, operating procedures, and brand guidelines. • Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage delivery. • Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required. • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, referring complaints or issues to the supervisor when necessary. • Attend departmental briefings, training sessions, and other learning activities. • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily F&B operations. Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related program. • Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team. • Professional appearance and good personal hygiene. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations. • Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
