The Farmer will be responsible for daily field and farm activities such as soil preparation, planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops. The role involves monitoring crop health, identifying pests and diseases, and applying appropriate solutions in line with safety and environmental guidelines. The Farmer will operate and maintain basic farm tools and equipment, keep work areas clean and organized, and assist with storage, packing, and transportation of produce as required. The position also includes recording basic production data and coordinating with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent output and adherence to company standards. Qualifications • Ability to perform hands-on farming tasks, including planting, irrigation, weeding, and harvesting. • Basic knowledge of crop care, soil health, and safe use of fertilizers and pest-control methods. • Capability to operate and maintain common agricultural tools and equipment safely. • Physical fitness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to handle manual labor. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. • Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and colleagues. • Previous experience in farming, landscaping, or related agricultural work is an advantage. • Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Doha, Qatar, and adapt to company schedules and operational needs.
