On behalf of World famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a Country Finance BP (Chinese Speaker) to join the team. Job Description: As a Country Finance Business Partner (BP), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transaction flow at the country level, as well as conducting business performance analysis. English is the working language. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of business operations, and the ability to follow up and manage processes end to end are essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Channel Finance - Understand the country's channel business models and various transaction scenarios. - Manage and monitor the full transaction cycle, from contract signing and shipment to delivery, invoicing, and payment collection. - Conduct channel business performance analysis and follow up on the settlement of customer incentives to improve transaction efficiency. 2. Operational Assets Finance - Manage customer bank guarantees. - Coordinate regularly with customers' finance teams to monitor and ensure timely payment collection. 3. Country Business Performance Analysis - Develop a solid understanding of the country's business operations. - Regularly review and analyze business performance data and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions. Requirements: - Professional-level proficiency in Chinese. - Strong English communication skills, as English is the working language. - Strong end-to-end process ownership, follow-up, and management capabilities.
