Financial Analyst

Position: Financial Analyst Location: Qatar Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and accounting knowledge, with experience in banking or financial services preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports, management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Perform actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and provide meaningful insights. Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Perform account reconciliations and investigate financial discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Develop financial models, dashboards, and management presentations. Monitor key financial KPIs and identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business stakeholders to collect and validate financial data. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information used for management decisions. Support internal and external audit requirements when required. Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and business cases. Mandatory Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Management Reporting, or related finance functions. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and financial analysis. Experience with ERP/financial systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. CMA qualification is mandatory. Banking / financial services experience is preferred.
