Functional Tester – Airline Loyalty Systems

Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring Functional Tester – Airline Loyalty Systems for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite). Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Functional Tester with strong expertise in the Airline domain, particularly in Airline Loyalty Systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent functional knowledge of loyalty program workflows and hands-on experience in functional testing of airline applications. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional testing of Airline Loyalty Management systems and related applications. • Understand and validate end-to-end loyalty program workflows and business processes. • Prepare and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements. • Validate loyalty functionalities including: • Member enrollment and profile management • Membership tiers and tier qualification • Miles/points earning and redemption • Tier benefits and rewards • Points/miles adjustments and reversals • Partner transactions and partner accruals • Loyalty promotions and campaigns • Member upgrades/downgrades • Expiry and reinstatement of miles/points • Award booking and related loyalty transactions • Perform integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing. • Validate data flow and transactions between the loyalty system and other airline systems. • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through to closure. • Work closely with business analysts, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues. • Support UAT activities and production validation where required. • Ensure test coverage across various airline loyalty business scenarios. Required Skills & Experience • Strong functional testing experience in the Airline domain. • Excellent functional knowledge of Airline Loyalty systems and workflows. • Experience testing frequent flyer / customer loyalty programs. • Good understanding of airline business processes and passenger-related systems. • Strong experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and regression testing. • Experience with end-to-end and integration testing. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Preferred Experience • Experience with Airline Loyalty Management platforms/applications. • Knowledge of airline reservation, ticketing, frequent flyer, and partner systems. • Experience testing integrations involving APIs and downstream/upstream airline applications. • Knowledge of loyalty data, member transactions, points/miles processing, and partner accruals. Key Requirement • Candidates must have strong functional testing experience in the Airline domain with excellent hands-on knowledge of Airline Loyalty systems and end-to-end loyalty workflows.
