Growth Marketing Intern (m/f/d)

Your mission You’ll work as a core member of our marketing team on the campaigns, content, and experiments that generate revenue, not busywork on the side. You'll get hands-on with paid campaigns, SEO, and content, and see exactly what moves the needle because you're the one moving it. This is not a coffee run internship, you'll own projects end to end and get direct feedback on what worked and what didn't.   What you’ll do: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost Consultport's organic traffic and lead generation. • Create high-quality content tailored to C-suite executives, optimize for search engines, and enhance website performance • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads. • Track and analyze marketing metrics using Looker Studio & Google Analytics What you bring:  • About to graduate from a top university with very strong grades • This internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit • Minimum 3 months of full-time work experience. A big plus if it was in marketing, PR, communications, or in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, or Looker Studio is a plus • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German or French is highly desired. • Open to relocate to Berlin for a full-time, 6-month internship. This is not for you if: • You want a pure strategy role. This job means includes doing the dirty, unglamorous work yourself • You need a clear task list every morning and a lot of hand-holding • You are defensive or shut down when faced with direct feedback • You want a predictable 9 to 6.
