Hiring | Marketing & Growth Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Company: Confidential A private company based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its marketing strategy, accelerate business growth, and drive sustainable commercial performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, hands-on performance marketing expertise, and strong commercial and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies. • Lead digital acquisition across major advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok. • Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, customer retention, and contribution margin. • Develop customer engagement, CRM, and retention initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives. • Manage marketing budgets, team performance, and external partners. • Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing efficiency and profitability. Requirements • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. • Proven experience in D2C, E-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses, including relevant experience within the last 3 years. • Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and digital advertising. • Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, profitability, and customer acquisition economics. • Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage growth initiatives. • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. • Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in consumer products, retail, or FMCG. • Strong CRM and customer retention background. • Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams. • Saudi nationals are preferred; qualified candidates of other nationalities are welcome.
