Responsibilities are not limited to: • Schedule and manage unit handover appointments with customers • Conduct joint unit inspections and verify readiness • Explain unit details, warranties, and after-sales procedures • Handle handover documentation per real estate procedures • Log and follow up on snags/defects with technical teams • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally • Update customer records and handover status on CRM Qualifications: • Communication & customer service • Real estate procedures knowledge • Problem-solving • CRM proficiency
