Role Description This full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role is an on-site position based in Al Jubayl. The technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, including performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, conducting preventive maintenance, checking system performance, and ensuring all work aligns with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers, explaining service work and recommendations, documenting all activities, and coordinating with the service team to maintain high customer satisfaction. The technician will use appropriate tools and test equipment, follow company procedures, and support continuous improvement of service quality. Qualifications • Ability to perform HVAC Maintenance & Repair and conduct systematic Preventive Maintenance on a wide range of heating and air conditioning systems. • Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in HVAC equipment. • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including clear communication, professional conduct, and responsive follow-up on service requests. • Knowledge of EPA and relevant environmental, safety, and refrigerant-handling regulations; applicable certification or license is preferred. • Prior experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar technical role, ideally in commercial or industrial environments. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to complete accurate service reports. • Basic computer skills for using diagnostic software, service management systems, and email communication. • Physical ability to work in varying conditions, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and operating tools safely. • Relevant technical diploma, trade certificate, or vocational training in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields.
