Role Description The Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha Qatar, responsible for overseeing HVAC maintenance, and repair activities across assigned residential and light commercial facilities. This role includes supervising HVAC technicians, planning daily work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. The HVAC Supervisor monitors system performance, coordinates troubleshooting and corrective actions, and manages preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The role also involves communicating with VIP clients and internal stakeholders, preparing basic reports and documentation, and ensuring that customer service expectations are met. The supervisor collaborates with other engineering and support teams to support continuous improvement in HVAC operations. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching. • Candidates should possess solid HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.VRF, DX, Package units and split units.etc,.. • Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. • Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, including planning, scheduling, and executing routine inspections and servicing. • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction with HVAC services. • Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in supervising HVAC operations in light commercial, and residential facilities is highly beneficial. • Knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and best practices in HVAC and building services is an advantage. • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment, and readiness to work on-site in Qatar are required.
