The company offers opportunities for growth within the facilities and housekeeping services sector. Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, monitoring work quality, and ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect rooms and public areas, manage laundry services, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene procedures. The role involves responding to client or guest requests, resolving service issues promptly, and supporting training and performance development of housekeeping team members. The supervisor will also coordinate schedules, prepare basic reports on productivity and cleanliness, and collaborate with management to improve service delivery. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring. • Candidates should possess solid housekeeping skills, with hands-on experience in cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and hygiene standards. • Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, including handling linens, organizing laundry operations, and ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to handle client requests, address complaints, and coordinate effectively with staff and management. • Relevant experience in housekeeping supervision in hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, or similar environments. • Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility to cover different shifts as required by operations. • Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to cleaning and facility management. • Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling; proficiency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are an advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in housekeeping or facility management are beneficial.
