Tasks • Source candidates across EU and India using join.com and job platforms • Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role needs • Reach out to candidates by phone and emails and manage follow ups • Schedule interviews and coordinate with founder • Maintain accurate hiring tracker and status updates • Support job posting and distribution • Assist in basic employer branding and outreach efforts Requirements Good communication skills in English Interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations Organized and detail focused Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards Benefits Hands on exposure to startup hiring across EU and India End to end understanding of recruitment workflows Flexible remote working setup Direct collaboration with founder and core team Details: Type Mandatory/Voluntary(for practical experience) internship Duration: minimum 3 months Compensation Unpaid ASAP Working hours Part time around ~20 hours per week Nice to have: If you send cover letter with your motivation and availability details Location: Remote Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
