Precision matters. Positioning matters. Presence matters. How we present ourselves at industry events, online, and within the defence ecosystem directly influences partnerships, trust, and growth. You own and shape how Lateration presents itself externally. Part strategist, part operator, part brand builder. You do not simply create communication materials, you build visibility, credibility, and positioning within the defence-tech ecosystem. While your primary focus is marketing, communication, and company branding, you also ensure that our external presence across events, digital platforms, and industry networks reflects the technological depth and mission behind what we build. What You Will Do • Own Brand & Communication Strategy: Together with our external partners you develop and refine Lateration’s communication strategy, positioning, and core messaging. You ensure clarity and consistency in how we present our mission, technologies, and operational relevance across all external channels. • Build Industry Presence & Events: You strategically select, plan, and execute our participation in trade fairs, defence expos, conferences, hackathons, and targeted industry platforms. From preparation to on-site execution, you own the full process. • Drive Digital Positioning: Together with our external partners, you take responsibility for our website structure, content, and digital positioning. You continuously improve our external communication and ensure a professional, credible, and technically accurate online presence. • Create Communication Assets: You develop high-quality presentations, event materials, branding assets, and communication content tailored to defence, security, and deep-tech audiences. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with founders, engineers, and operational teams to translate complex technical topics into structured, understandable, and credible communication. Your first 5 months – What You’ll Be Proud to Have Achieved • Brand framework shapes how Lateration is perceived across the industry • Your content reaches the right decision-makers on (social-) media channels • You published at least 1-2 high-quality posts per week on relevant platforms • You have successfully executed 2–4 defence industry events and built a strong network • within the ecosystem • Your presentations, materials, and assets are used daily by Sales and the founders Who We Are Looking For • Ownership & Strategic Mindset: You are proactive, hands-on, and capable of driving topics independently. You enjoy building structures, improving communication quality, and creating professional external visibility. • Marketing & Communication Experience: You bring experience in marketing, communications, branding, or strategic positioning — ideally within defence, aerospace, security, or deep-tech environments in Germany. • Structured & Reliable Execution: You communicate professionally, manage projects with precision, and are comfortable operating in fast-moving and security-sensitive environments. • Digital Affinity & Industry Understanding: You are comfortable working with modern communication tools, digital platforms, websites, and branding initiatives. You understand the tone and credibility required within regulated industries.
