Marketing Lead

Grandseal Solutions is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Lead to strengthen our brand and lead marketing activities across digital platforms, sales materials and industry events. We need someone who can develop a clear marketing strategy and bring it to life through compelling content, strong visuals and well-executed campaigns. Key responsibilities * Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives. * Manage social media, content calendars and digital advertising campaigns. * Create and oversee marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product visuals and videos. * Translate technical product information into clear, engaging content. * Plan exhibitions, product launches and promotional activities. * Coordinate with sales and technical teams to support product positioning and lead generation. * Manage website content and maintain consistency across brand communications. * Coordinate agencies, freelancers and suppliers, and track campaign performance and budgets. What we’re looking for * Experience in marketing and brand development, preferably within construction chemicals, building materials or a related industry. * Strong copywriting, communication and project coordination skills. * Practical knowledge of social media management, digital advertising and campaign reporting. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; photography, videography and motion graphics skills are an advantage. * The ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership from concept through delivery. • Interested?
