Marketing Manager | €100-120k + Equity | B2B SaaS | German-speaking | Hybrid

Role: Founding Marketer Location: Berlin (Hybrid - at least 2 days p/w in office) Language: This is a German-speaking role (C1/C2) Salary: €100-120k p/y + Equity Our client offers an AI platform that helps companies find and win public contracts. Its AI does the tedious parts of public procurement: finding relevant tenders, reading the paperwork, drafting proposals and checking compliance. In the 5 months since launching they've grown €0 to €1mio ARR! This is a unique opportunity for someone intelligent, entrepreneurial and eager to grow further into a growth role. You'll be the first marketer, doing early stage experimentation, with the perspective of building out the function and team as Head of Marketing within 2 years. 🏢 About the company - who will you join? • B2B SaaS scale-up in Berlin, team of 25+ people • AI platform that helps win public contracts • €0 to €1mio+ ARR in <5 months since launching • On pace for €3mio this year, €10mio next year 🏋 About the role - what will you do here? • You'll build the marketing function from scratch • You own the brand, positioning and messaging • Help create a leader in a newly built category • You'll do a ton of testing & experimentation 🔍 About you - what experience do you bring? • You speak German (C1/C2) and are based in Berlin • You have 1+ year of marketing/growth experience • You've worked for high growth SaaS scale-up • You're a builder with an AI-first mindset The salary package is €100-120k + equity “If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, you don’t ask what seat.
