Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager DACH Location: Munich, Germany The Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will manage an established team, own the regional budget and drive brand awareness and commercial growth in a fast-paced, international business. Key Responsibilities • Lead, develop and expand the regional marketing team. • Own and execute the DACH marketing strategy across PR, digital, trade marketing, events and influencer partnerships. • Manage budgets, KPIs and campaign performance. • Coordinate local agencies and cross-functional stakeholders. • Align regional activities with global brand strategy and marketing priorities. Requirements • 5+ years of marketing, brand management or communications experience within the DACH region. • Proven team leadership and budget management experience. • Native-level German and excellent English. • Strong understanding of the DACH media, retail and digital landscape. • Experience delivering multichannel campaigns and adapting global strategies to local markets. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable in a high-growth environment. • Interest in cycling, mobility or related industries is an advantage.
