Network Planning Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Network Planning Specialist to support the development and optimization of our Last-Mile operations in Leipzig. Your Role You will play an active role in planning, developing, and improving our regional delivery network. Working closely with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), franchise partners, and operations teams, you will help ensure strong delivery performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable network growth. Your Responsibilities • Support the planning, expansion, and optimization of our regional Last-Mile delivery network. • Coordinate and manage relationships with DSPs, franchise partners, and delivery partners. • Monitor operational KPIs, including delivery performance, service quality, capacity, and costs. • Analyze shipment volumes, regional demand, and operational performance. • Identify operational challenges and implement improvement measures. • Support network expansion, including new delivery stations, routes, and partner onboarding. • Collaborate closely with Operations, Transport, and regional management. • Ensure partners meet operational standards and performance targets. Your Profile • Experience in logistics, E-Commerce, parcel delivery, transportation, or Last-Mile operations. • Experience with companies such as Amazon Logistics, DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, UPS, or similar is a strong advantage. • Understanding of DSP, subcontractor, franchise, or carrier partnership models. • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with operational KPIs. • Hands-on mentality, problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Very good German and English communication skills (both required). • Valid Class B driving license (mandatory).
