Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Daily tasks include reviewing medication orders, checking for drug interactions, counseling patients on proper medication use, and providing guidance on side effects and adherence. The role also involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes. The Pharmacist will maintain accurate records, manage inventory, support quality assurance initiatives, and participate in continuous improvement and education activities within the pharmacy department. Qualifications • Licensed Pharmacist with a recognized pharmacy degree and eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates. • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication safety principles. • Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings, preferably in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. • Ability to provide clear, empathetic patient counseling and to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using pharmacy information systems. • Commitment to ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional development. • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
