Regional Sales Manager

What you will do • Manage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors) • Create and build partnerships with regional distributors • Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions • Motivate and support distributors with information • Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region • Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors • Understand the regional market and its development • Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service • Work with analytics based on statistical data About you • You have more than 3 years of experience in sales (direct selling, MLM sector, beauty industry, FMCG) • You speak fluently German.
