Your goal will be to introduce our services, build interest and connect qualified prospects with our experienced sales team.</p><p>Day to day, you will:</p><ul><li>Make outbound calls to small business owners</li><li>Build rapport and create positive customer interactions</li><li>Clearly explain the value of our services</li><li>Identify interested prospects and transfer qualified leads</li><li>Work toward individual and team performance targets</li><li>Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong English communication skills, as all client interactions are with U.S.-based businesses</li><li>Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.</li><li>Ability to work fully in-office in Vaudreuil-Dorion</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the office</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>A positive attitude and competitive mindset</li><li>Comfort speaking with customers in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p>Previous sales or call-centre experience is helpful, but not required.
