Revenue & Pricing Manager – Holiday Homes | Dubai Rentico is a DTCM-licensed holiday homes company managing 50+ premium homes across Dubai. We’re looking for a revenue specialist to own pricing across our growing portfolio. Your job is to turn every unit into its best-performing version, night by night. Key Responsibilities • Set and manage daily pricing for all units in PriceLabs • Manage minimum stays, gap nights, last-minute and long-stay discounts • Track Dubai demand: events, seasons, holidays (GITEX, NYE, Ramadan, summer) • Benchmark every unit against its comp set and act on underperformers • Optimise listing ranking and conversion on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo • Keep rates aligned across channels, with Guesty as the source of truth • Build monthly revenue forecasts and owner performance reports • Give the BD team revenue projections for new owner pitches Requirements • Minimum 2 years in revenue management for holiday homes / short-term rentals in Dubai (must) • Hands-on expert in PriceLabs (must) • Strong working knowledge of Guesty PMS (must) • Experienced with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo extranets: rates, promotions, restrictions, visibility programs (must) • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Data-driven, detail-obsessed, comfortable owning numbers • Proven record of lifting occupancy, ADR and RevPAR (we’ll ask for numbers) • English fluent.
