Sales Manager (Stone, Marble & Granite)

Alemadi Stones is a leading stone and marble manufacturing, project execution, and installation company based in Qatar. We provide various services, including fabrication, installation, and maintenance of natural stone and marble products for commercial and residential projects. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, be passionate about stone and marble projects, and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Job Responsibilities: • Generating sales by specifying and promoting our marble and natural stone fabrication, installation, and maintenance services. • Daily site visits to generate leads and provide technical support to clients. • Using your technical expertise to suggest applicable solutions and designs that meet the customer's needs and requirements. • Conducting meetings with architects, clients, and consultants daily to promote our systems and identify opportunities to expand our business. • Coordinating with relevant departments to develop accurate and consistent bids and ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Achieving assigned sales targets by the deadline and providing excellent customer relationship management, including negotiation and complaint resolution, while effectively using the CRM system and following marketing guidelines set by the company Desired Skills: • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the stone and marble industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends If you are a results-driven individual passionate about sales and the stone and marble industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
