We are building a specialist network ahead of current and upcoming mandates in this field. A narrow, deep market — so we are building this network early. We would like to hear from process, equipment and integration engineers from semiconductor fabs, photonics, MEMS and compound materials, as well as experienced cleanroom technician WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE • Process development and transfer — deposition, etch, plating, CMP, wet clean, lithography • Equipment ownership: qualification, uptime, preventive maintenance, vendor management • Process integration across a full module or flow • Metrology and failure analysis — SEM, CDSEM, inspection WHAT WE LOOK FOR • Fab, pilot line or research cleanroom experience in any of the above • Engineering, physics, chemistry or materials background, or a technician qualification with strong hands-on history • German or English — both teams exist ALSO USEFUL • Experience bringing a new line or tool set into operation • Compound semiconductors, photonics or graphene-based processes Interested?
