You'll work closely with Product and business leadership and take end-to-end ownership of key platform initiatives. You will: • Build and extend platform features & internal tools • Design and optimize data pipelines & integrations • Operate scalable services on Google Cloud • Maintain CI/CD pipelines & deployment environments • Ensure quality through testing and code reviews This is not a ticket role. It's architecture, ownership, and shipped value — you'll often get direction on the what, not the how, and we expect you to run with that. What we expect from you Technical Expertise • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or equivalent hands-on depth — we value real coding experience over titles) • Strong experience with modern TypeScript & React • Confident working with SQL and data modeling • Experience building and operating services in Google Cloud • Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows • Comfortable designing APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus) Nice to have: HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, event-driven systems. Mindset • You've worked in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — startup experience strongly preferred — and know what it's like when priorities shift daily and nobody hands you a spec • You take senior-level ownership end-to-end, and you don't wait around for instructions to get started • You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking initiative without being asked • You think in products and outcomes, not just features • You choose pragmatic solutions over over-engineering • You stay curious and leverage modern tools (including AI) to improve quality and speed What we offer you • Real ownership and direct influence on architectural decisions • Direct impact on customer success and operational efficiency • Opportunity to work with motivated stakeholders across the business • Modern stack without legacy baggage • Short decision-making paths, high autonomy and collaborative culture • Hybrid setup: Munich office + 2 remote days • Competitive compensation and attractive benefits (pension plan, bike leasing, corporate benefits, and more) About Us PeopleX – Your Partner for People & Culture We help small and medium-sized businesses attract, develop and retain the right people — professionally and culturally — to build a successful and sustainable future.
