Senior Human Resources Business Partner (m/w/d)

As the Senior HR Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and operational leaders, driving the people agenda across a large-scale manufacturing site. You will play a key role in shaping organizational effectiveness, managing employee and labor relations, supporting business transformation initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Working closely with site leadership, employee representatives, and the broader HR organization, you will have the opportunity to influence key workforce decisions, strengthen leadership capabilities, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a strategic HR partner to business and operational leaders. • Lead employee relations activities, including Works Council and union interactions. • Advise on labor law, collective agreements, and workforce matters. • Drive organizational development, change management, and leadership development initiatives. • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. • Coach managers on performance, employee development, and people leadership topics. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices. • Foster a high-performance culture and positive employee experience. Skills and Qualifications: • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. • Strong HR Business Partner background supporting unionized workforces. • Proven experience working with Works Councils, employee relations, and collective agreements. • Experience partnering with senior operational and business leaders. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. • Demonstrated success in change management, organizational development, and leadership coaching. • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Experience supporting large-scale operational environments is an advantage. • Fluent German and English skills. • Willingness to work 4 days a week onsite.
