Senior Interior Designer

A leading organization in Qatar is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to create innovative, functional, and visually compelling interior environments across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who combines creative thinking with strong technical expertise and project delivery experience. We are looking for an individual capable of managing projects from concept development through completion while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities • Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with project objectives and client requirements. • Produce space planning layouts, mood boards, design presentations, and detailed design packages. • Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories that enhance functionality and aesthetics. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure design intent is maintained. • Conduct site visits and provide support during construction and installation phases. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Preferred Background We welcome applications from professionals currently working within: • International architecture and design consultancies • Interior design studios • Hospitality, commercial, retail, or mixed-use developments • Real estate and project development organizations • Project management and multidisciplinary engineering firms Requirements • Proven experience in Interior Design and project delivery • Strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience managing projects from concept development through project completion • Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, detailing, and design coordination • Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects
