Senior Performance Executive

We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Performance Executive as part of the growth of our Paid Media team. This role would be based in our Riyadh office. Responsibilities • Contribute to the development of paid search and paid social strategies aligned to client KPIs and commercial objectives • Independently build and launch paid search and paid social campaigns, translating strategy into effective execution • Optimise campaigns using advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, creative and keyword management, audience targeting, and platform best practices • Support budget pacing, forecasting and performance projections across accounts • Build clear, insight-led reporting for weekly, quarterly and annual client reviews • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear actions for both internal teams and clients • Develop and implement structured testing roadmaps across Google, Meta and TikTok • Stay up to date with platform innovations across Google Marketing Platform and Paid Social, ensuring best practice adoption Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing and paid media execution • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor (SA360 experience preferred) • Hands-on Paid Social experience across Meta and TikTok (additional platforms a bonus) • Experience with Paid Social DCO platforms (e.g. Smartly, Flashtalking, Stitcher) is advantageous • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides • Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics platforms • Clear and confident communicator both to internal teams and client delivery • Great organizational and project management skills within a fast-paced environment • Ambition to develop expertise and progress within the agency About us: Stagwell Media is a global media agency that delivers performance built to unlock ambition on every platform.
