Role Description The Senior Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ash Shamal, Qatar. • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands. • Create content calendars and write compelling, brand-aligned captions. • Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns. • Develop LinkedIn strategies that strengthen brand visibility, engagement and lead generation. • Work closely with designers, videographers and project teams to produce engaging content. • Manage publishing, community engagement and live event coverage. • Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Qualifications • Currently based in Qatar and available for a full-time, in-house role. • Proven experience leading social media accounts and campaigns. • In-depth technical knowledge of paid advertising, including campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, budget management and optimisation. • Comprehensive LinkedIn expertise, covering organic content, company pages, paid campaigns, analytics and strategies to maximise brand success. • Excellent English copywriting and communication skills. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics. • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines. • A portfolio showcasing your content, campaigns and results. • Arabic language skills are a plus. • Record of leading social media initiatives in an agency or similar fast-paced environment; prior experience in the Middle East market is an advantage. • Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
