Showroom Sales Executive – Arabic Thobes Tailoring

NASEEJ (Subsidy of Al Awadi Enterprises Group) is looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. The role involves managing showroom activities, assisting customers with garment selections, taking accurate body measurements, processing customer orders through computer-based systems and driving sales. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in tailoring, fashion designing, garment manufacturing or the clothing industry. Candidates must be confident in taking body measurements and interacting with customers. Sewing and stitching skills are not required. Job Description: • Take accurate body measurements for customers ordering Arabic thobes and other made-to-measure garments. • Manage daily showroom operations and provide a professional customer experience. • Welcome customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable garments, fabrics, designs and customization options. • Promote Naseej products and services, convert customer inquiries into sales and work towards sales targets. • Enter customer details, body measurements, garment specifications and orders accurately into the company's computer-based system. • Record sales transactions using the relevant software. • Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer measurements and garment specifications are communicated correctly. • Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, alterations and after-sales inquiries. • Maintain customer records and measurement histories to facilitate repeat orders. • Handle customer feedback professionally. • Maintain showroom presentation and assist with product displays and stock monitoring. Mandatory Requirements: • Previous professional experience in tailoring, fashion designing, garment manufacturing or the clothing/apparel industry. • Practical knowledge of taking accurate body measurements, especially for men's garments. • Strong customer service, communication and sales skills. • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to process customer orders accurately. • Understanding of garment sizing, fabrics, styles and customization requirements. • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into orders. Previous Experience: • Experience in a clothing showroom, men's fashion retail or bespoke tailoring business. • Familiarity with Arabic thobes and made-to-measure garments. • Experience using POS, CRM, ERP or computerized order management systems.
