Role Description: The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing content aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on analytics and audience insights. The specialist will engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and support broader digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the agency’s marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, requiring daily collaboration with internal teams and participation in strategic discussions to ensure consistent and effective brand communication. Qualifications • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute platform-specific strategies. • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing, visual briefing, and adapting content to different formats and audiences. • Solid knowledge of Marketing principles and campaign planning to align social efforts with broader marketing goals. • Excellent Communication skills (Arabic+English), both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Experience using social media analytics tools and reporting on performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversions. • Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. • Khobar Based, Saudi female.
