Role Description The Spa Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of spa services, including facials, body treatments, massages, manicures, and pedicures, in line with established protocols and hygiene standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring client comfort throughout treatments. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate spa treatments, and promoting spa services and products as suitable. The Spa Therapist will collaborate with other spa team members to deliver a high-quality, consistent guest experience and support overall spa operations. Qualifications • Foundational expertise in cosmetology and professional spa treatments. • Proficiency in providing facials and related skin-care services. • Ability to deliver high-quality pedicures and basic nail-care services. • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on client care and satisfaction. • Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or cosmetology. • Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred. • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in spa operations. • Good communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work in a multicultural team. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by spa operations.
