We are looking for a ServiceNow professional who can contribute to the configuration, evolution, and integration of ServiceNow solutions that address business and technology needs. This role combines a functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform with practical configuration skills and the ability to contribute to integration activities. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, business analysts, developers, and client teams to implement robust and coherent solutions aligned with ServiceNow and ITIL 4 best practices. The objective is to contribute to the delivery of effective ServiceNow solutions that are properly configured, integrated with the technology environment, and adapted to user needs. Your future duties and responsibilities • Contribute to the configuration and evolution of ServiceNow solutions based on business and technology requirements. • Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into ServiceNow functionality or configuration. • Configure ServiceNow modules, forms, fields, lists, rules, notifications, catalog items, and workflows. • Participate in the design and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems. • Contribute to the development, configuration, and testing of integrations using APIs, connectors, or Flow Designer. • Support the implementation and evolution of relevant ServiceNow capabilities, particularly in IT Service Management. • Apply ServiceNow recommended practices and ITIL 4 principles throughout configuration and integration activities. • Collaborate with architects and functional teams to validate proposed solutions. • Participate in testing, issue resolution, documentation, and change deployment. • Support delivery teams throughout the various phases of implementation. • Clearly communicate progress, issues, impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow configuration, administration, integration, or implementation. • Recent hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience configuring ServiceNow solutions, including forms, fields, lists, catalog items, rules, notifications, or workflows. • Understanding of IT service management principles and ITIL practices. • Experience or practical knowledge of integrations using APIs, including REST or SOAP. • Knowledge of Flow Designer and ServiceNow integration capabilities. • Ability to analyze requirements, ask relevant questions, and contribute to practical and achievable solutions. • Ability to work effectively with technical, functional, and business teams. • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. • Demonstrated interest in learning and growing within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Technology Environment ServiceNow | ITSM | ITIL 4 | Configuration | Integrations | REST/SOAP APIs | Flow Designer | JavaScript Preferred Certifications And Knowledge • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). • Relevant ServiceNow training or certification. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). • ITIL 4 certification. • Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, or Knowledge Management. • Basic knowledge of JavaScript. • Experience with ServiceNow development, testing, or version management tools. The successful candidate should be able to understand business needs, help translate them into ServiceNow solutions, perform configurations, contribute to integrations, and collaborate with teams responsible for architecture, development, and delivery.
