Systems Pilot - Senior

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you: • Support users in the evolution, optimization and use of technological solutions. • Ensure the operational management of the systems under your responsibility and monitor their performance. • Collect, analyze and document business needs and improvement requests. • Act as an intermediary between users and implementation teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business needs. • Plan, coordinate and perform user testing (UAT) and system acceptance activities. • Support change management, training and coaching activities during the implementation of new solutions. • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience. The Profile Sought Is As Follows • Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration or a related discipline. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, including 5 years in business management. • Experience with large-scale projects and coordination with multiple stakeholders. • Mastery of process modeling with BPMN. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
