Your work goes beyond logistics. ‎ Als Teamleiter Seefracht Import (m/w/d) übernimmst du die fachliche Führung des Customer Care Teams in Bremen, unterstützt bei komplexen Fragestellungen und stellst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen einen exzellenten Kundenservice sicher. Wie du dich einbringst • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Customer Care Import Teams und unterstützt aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft. • Dein Team unterstützt du bei komplexen Fragestellungen und förderst eine effiziente, serviceorientierte Zusammenarbeit. • Wissen gibst du aktiv weiter und begleitest die fachliche Entwicklung deiner Kolleg:innen. • Du stellst eine hohe Service-, Prozess- und Datenqualität sicher. • Kennzahlen analysierst du regelmäßig und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen zur Performance-Verbesserung ab. • Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern entwickelst du kundenorientierte Lösungen. • Optimierungspotenziale erkennst du frühzeitig und treibst deren Umsetzung voran.Reklamationen und Eskala It's more than a job As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. How You Create Impact • Prepare and follow up on spot quotations; • Monitor and improve customer profitability in collaboration with internal departments; • Clarify customer inquiries related to bookings; • Ensure compliance with agreed transit times and commercial conditions; • Ensure the accurate creation and preparation of shipment files and related documentation; • Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and operational performance. What We Would Like You To Bring • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; • Experience in shipment tracking and monitoring; • Knowledge of air freight operations; • Intermediate English proficiency.
