Role Description The Waitress role at Alroshana is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Waitress will greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with kitchen staff, and handling guest inquiries or concerns. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, following food safety and hygiene standards, and processing payments as needed. The Waitress is expected to work collaboratively with the team, support smooth restaurant operations, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to provide a friendly, attentive guest experience. • Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and basic Food Service practices, including serving etiquette and safety standards. • Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. • Basic Cooking awareness or familiarity with food preparation processes is an advantage. • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred. • Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. • Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. • Basic English language skills; additional languages commonly spoken in Doha are an asset.
