Key Responsibilities: • Accounting & Closures: Analyze trial balances, control ledger entries, and manage monthly and annual period-end closures. • Reporting & Financial Statements: Reconcile intercompany transactions, prepare monthly management reports, and assist with annual financial statements. • Taxation & Compliance: Prepare periodic and annual tax returns, manage tax files, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. • Internal Control & Process Improvement: Track fixed assets and annual physical inventories, reinforce internal controls, and propose workflow optimizations. Qualifications & Profile: • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. • Tech Skills: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with an accounting ERP (SAP preferred). • Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure, high integrity, and great teamwork. • Nice to Have: Proficiency in English and experience with IFRS & group reporting standards.
