Role Description The Aircraft Structure Mechanic is a full-time, on-site role based in Manzil Bourguiba. The person in this position will inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft structural components, including fuselage, wings, control surfaces, and related assemblies. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing structural repairs and modifications, using appropriate tools and equipment, and documenting all work in accordance with maintenance procedures and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams, supporting troubleshooting activities on aircraft structures and systems, and adhering strictly to safety, quality, and compliance requirements. The Aircraft Structure Mechanic is expected to follow established workflows, meet maintenance schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement in maintenance practices. Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Aircraft Structures, including inspection, repair, and modification of airframe components. - Working knowledge of PowerPlant and Aircraft Systems sufficient to coordinate structural work with engine and system maintenance activities. - Experience in Aircraft Maintenance practices, including use of maintenance manuals, work cards, and regulatory guidelines. - General understanding of Aircraft design and construction to support effective structural troublesho
