We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM-based projects. Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy. - Perform clash detection and conflict resolution using Navisworks. - Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution. - Work withpoint cloud datato generate accurate as-built models. - Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles. - Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and industry best practices. Requirements: - Proven experience with Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD (mandatory), Navisworks, and Dynamo (or similar tools). - Familiarity withpoint cloud processing and modelingusing Revit or equivalent platforms. - Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and coordination. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Prior experience in architecture, construction, or MEP projects is a plus. 💡Why Join Us?
