Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world Job Description Provides on-the-job coaching and supports in the defined process • Ensures and documents operators on-the-job training/ coaching • Identifies operators' training needs • Participates the operators’ evaluation/appraisal • Supports specialist training to maintain and update skills matrix and employee qualification data • Works with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers • Performs duties in accordance with skill matrix • Provides training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes & changes to instructions • Supports the flexibility concept • Trains employees on the workstation required by the rotation and monitors the performance in the new workstations in terms of quality and quantity Qualifications • Education Level : Min BTP/ BAC • Experience in the automative industry • Communication • Social & intercultural sensitivity • Change management • Target & result orientation • Motivation & resilience • Self-organization • Conflict management • Teamwork Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
